Fast. Found. Yours.

I don't sell "a website." I build the whole stack behind your business — the site you see, plus the hosting, forms, bookings and payments underneath — as one fast system that belongs to you. Under two seconds to load, 99-100 on the standard tests, nearly nothing to run. Live in days. You don't pay until you're happy.

Sound familiar?

Your website is costing you customers.

Slow, dated, and you know it.

It takes ages to load on a phone and looks ten years old next to your competitors. You quietly avoid sending people to it. Visitors feel the same, and most are gone before it finishes loading.

Paying every month for... what, exactly?

Platform fees, hosting bills, plugin subscriptions. Money out the door every month for a simple site that mostly just sits there.

And the agency stopped calling back.

Big invoice, slow changes, an account manager between you and whoever actually does the work. Once the final payment cleared, so did they.

It's not you. Most business sites are rented, dated tech with a markup.

The proof

One rebuild. Same business. Watch the numbers.

A real local trade business, scored by the industry's most widely used website testing tool, before and after I rebuilt it. Both reports are public. Check them yourself.

What you're actually buying

A website is the part you can see.

Underneath it there's a whole stack: where it's hosted, how the contact form reaches you, where bookings land, how payments clear, what's watching it at 3am. Most builders hand you the visible part and leave the rest wherever it fell. I build the whole thing as one system — each piece chosen for the job, wired to the others, and owned by you.

The site itself.

Copy written for your customers and a design built to convert — not a template with your logo dropped on top.

Hosting.

Fast everywhere in the world, about $2 a month at cost — not $30 to a middleman for the same thing.

Forms and bookings.

Enquiries land in your inbox with a safe copy kept, so nothing vanishes. If your business runs on appointments, customers book against a real calendar.

Payments.

On the store tiers: cards, Afterpay and GST receipts, straight into your own payment account. I never touch your money.

Findability.

Built to be found on the search engines — and by the AI assistants people now ask instead of searching.

The watchers.

Monitoring that alerts me before you ever notice, and backups that get tested, not just taken.

A website's true job is rarely "look nice." It's answer the phone, fill the calendar, take the order. Most sites were never designed around that job. Mine are.

The offers

Three ways in. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Same stack, same guarantees, same builder. The only question is whether you sell products online, and how seriously.

THE DEFAULT Tier 01

Business Site

For trades, clinics and services — anyone whose website has one job: make the phone ring and fill the calendar.

  • Multi-page site, copy written for you
  • Contact and quote forms wired to your inbox
  • Bookings, if you run on appointments
  • Found on search and by AI assistants
  • Changes handled — message me, it's done
LIST $2,500

$500 founding

3 of 10 founding sites taken

Care plan $150/mo, optional · runs ~$2/mo

Tier 02

Online Store

For a stable range of products. Customers pay by card or Afterpay; the money lands in your own account — not a platform's.

  • Everything in Business Site
  • A real store: cards, Afterpay, GST receipts
  • Shipping set up for Australia Post
  • Orders in one simple dashboard

Honest limit: it suits a catalogue you update sometimes, not one that changes every day. If that's you, you want the Retail Engine.

LIST $4,500

$1,500 founding

First 3 stores · all open

Care plan $400/mo, expected · runs ~$9/mo

Tier 03

Retail Engine

For real retail: live stock counts, customer logins, discount codes, and room to grow into hundreds of products.

  • Everything in Online Store
  • Live stock control
  • Customer accounts, discounts, gift cards
  • Your own small server — yours, about two coffees a month
LIST $7,500

$3,000 founding

Shares the 3-store counter

Care plan $900/mo, expected · runs $25-40/mo

Just need a single sharp page? One-pager: $750 list, $200 founding — counts as one of the 10 founding sites.

The first 10 sites and the first 3 stores go at founding rates. Then the prices go to list, and they stay there.

Sites: 3 of 10 taken · Stores: 0 of 3 taken

I take on 3 builds a month, because I do the work myself. When a month is full, you're booked for the next one.

The maths

You're not paying less for less.

Cards and Afterpay, GST receipts, refunds — set up right, in your own account.

  • Store tiers: shipping and search

    $1,000+

What it actually costs to run

The part most website companies hope you never ask about.

Every online store on earth pays card-processing fees — about 1.75% plus 30 cents per sale in Australia. Every platform, every builder, every "zero transaction fees" ad you've seen. That fee goes to the payment company, not to me, and nobody can make it disappear — some just hide it in the fine print and hope you think it's included. So here's the whole cost stack, itemised:

  • Card fees

    ~1.75% + 30c/sale

Paid straight to the payment company from your own account. I never touch your money.

  • Running the site

    $2-40/mo by tier

About $2 a month for a business site, roughly $9 for an online store, $25-40 for a full retail engine. Real numbers, paid by you, to the providers, at cost. No markup.

  • The care plan

    $150-900/mo

The one thing you pay me monthly, itemised below. Cancel any time.

No platform fee · no per-product fee · no app tax

Compare that to the $50-200+ a month a typical hosted store bleeds before it sells anything.

The care plan, itemised

One monthly bill. Here's exactly what's in it.

  • Business Site

    $150/mo · optional

Hosting and upkeep, security and updates, small content changes (fair use), monitoring with me alerted before you notice — and the 100-Point Guarantee below.

  • Online Store

    $400/mo · expected

All of the above, plus store changes (products, prices, promos), payment and order plumbing kept healthy, and a plain-English monthly report on traffic and sales.

  • Retail Engine

    $900/mo · expected

All of the above, plus your own server managed and patched, stock system upkeep, backups tested (not just taken), and shipping integration kept current.

Ownership

Own everything. Hold nothing you don't want to.

The domain is registered in your name — that's the master key, and you hold it from day one. The money from your store lands in your own payment account, in your name, at your bank. And every file that makes up your site is yours in writing: ask for a full copy any time, no exit fee, no lock-in. That's the Walk-Away Guarantee.

What you don't have to hold: the passwords, the servers, the technical keys. While you're on a care plan, I carry those — and the responsibility that comes with them. You can't break your website at 11pm, and nobody who phishes your email gets your website with it. If we ever part ways, everything transfers to you, working, with a walkthrough.

The catch

Why is the founding rate a fifth of list?

No catch, just maths. Agencies charge $5,000-15,000 because the quote carries staff, offices and account managers. I own the servers my sites run on, I build with serious automation behind me, and there's nobody between you and the person doing the work, so the same result costs me a fraction to produce. The founding rate exists because the first founding builds buy something from you too: the proof. Your before-and-after joins the ledger above, and right now that's worth more to me than the margin. When they're gone, the price goes to list. That's the whole catch.

The guarantees

Three guarantees. All of them in writing.

G·01 · ON THE BUILD

The Happy-First Guarantee

You don't pay until you're happy. I build first; you pay when you love the result. If you don't, you walk away owing nothing. No conditions, no fine print.

G·02 · ON THE CARE PLAN

The 100-Point Guarantee

On the care plan, your site holds 98-100 on the standard public tests - speed, search, accessibility, best practice and AI findability - or that month is free. The scores are public. Check them any day you like.

G·03 · ON OWNERSHIP

The Walk-Away Guarantee

The site is yours. Full source files any time, no exit fee, no lock-in. Host it yourself for nearly nothing, or let me carry it on the care plan. Both doors stay open forever.

Why me

Why me and not an agency? I've spent 10 years building and running my own businesses - not just the tech, but the copywriting, marketing, strategy, operations and sales (I'm a graduate of Richard Grove's Autonomy course). Very few developers have done every part themselves, and it's the difference between a generic template with your logo on it and a site that actually brings you business. Everything in the ledger above is my own work end to end: words, design and code.

One builder. No middlemen. A site that's actually cared about.

Fair questions

Asked and answered.

Which one do I need?

If you don't sell products online: Business Site. If you sell a stable range of products: Online Store. If you need live stock counts, customer logins or a big growing catalogue: Retail Engine. Not sure? Send the audit form — I'll tell you straight, including when the cheaper tier is all you need.

Why is it so much cheaper than an agency quote?

Because the price you pay an agency mostly covers the agency: staff, offices, account managers. I own my hosting stack, build with heavy automation, and do the work myself. Full answer in the catch above - and the founding rates on top of that are temporary.

I already have a website. Does that matter?

It helps. The free audit shows exactly where it stands today, and a rebuild keeps everything worth keeping - your domain, your content, your email all stay put. Going live at the end is one small domain change, which I handle.

Do I have to keep paying you every month?

On a Business Site, no - the care plan is optional. Skip it and you still own everything: take the source files and host the site yourself for nearly nothing. Stores are different: a store has payments, orders and stock that need someone responsible for them, so I expect store clients on a care plan. Either way it's cancel-any-time, and the Walk-Away Guarantee holds.

Who owns the site when it's done?

You do - and in the ways that matter, from day one: the domain is registered in your name, store money lands in your own payment account, and you have a standing right to a full copy of everything, no exit fee. While you're on a care plan I hold the technical keys and carry the responsibility that comes with them; if we ever part ways, everything transfers to you, working. That's the whole ownership model.

How long does it take?

Sites: days, not months. A one-pager is usually live inside a week; a standard site typically inside two weeks of getting your content. Store builds depend on the catalogue, so I'll give you a date before you commit. I take on 3 builds a month, so the start date depends on the queue - another reason the audit is the right first step.

What if I don't like what you build?

Then you don't pay. That's the Happy-First Guarantee, and it applies even if you paid up front to skip the queue - full refund until you're happy, no conditions. I only get paid for sites people love, which is exactly the incentive you want your builder to have.

Stop losing customers.

The whole stack behind your business - fast, found and yours, guaranteed three ways. Seven founding site slots and all three store slots are still open. Then the prices go to list.
