PERTH, AUSTRALIA · SELF-HOSTED · BUILT IN PUBLIC

OWN YOUR STACK.

I'm Lucas. I stopped renting my digital life. My sites, storage, media and business ops run on hardware I own, and the machines handle the boring parts. I show exactly how, live.

The problem

You don't own your tech. You lease it.

Locked in by a thousand tiny bills.

Storage here, hosting there, an app for everything. None of it yours, all of it forever. Cancel one and something you rely on disappears.

The cloud was the easy option. Was.

Self-hosting used to demand a sysadmin's patience. That just changed: the machines can do that work now. Most people haven't caught up yet.

And the noise is deafening.

Endless demos that look cool and do nothing. What's missing isn't another tool. It's someone running real systems in the open, end to end.

You were never taught to own it. Renting was just the default.

The path

Renting to owning, in three moves.

Watch.

Follow the builds, free. Real systems on real hardware with real numbers: what it replaced, what it costs now, what broke on the way.

Copy.

Take the blueprints. Exact setups, exact configs, the map I wish I had: your own NAS, your sites off rented hosting, the machines on your busywork.

Build with me.

Want it done with you, on your hardware? A scoped build with one rule: if it doesn't run without me, you don't owe the rest.

01 is warming up. 02 and 03 open as the builds ship. No waitlist theatre, just watch it happen below.

The proof

My stack. Live. That's the pitch.

Every system below is running right now on hardware in my house, doing real work for a real one-person business. This is what owning it looks like.

Why me

I've spent years helping people take their hardware back: de-Googled phones, Linux machines, real human support, through my shop askluke.tech. Owning the rest of the stack was the obvious next step. I'm not a guru with a course. I'm the guy whose business actually runs this way, posting the receipts as I go.

One human. Many machines. Zero landlords.
